The school is open to students from age 5 to adult, regardless of ability or ethnicity. Classes are taught in English, and students are grouped according to age and general dance experience.

The instructor -- Yanlai Wu,a renowned dancer in China, has performed to accolades throughout the world. Students at the school are very lucky to have such a talented instructor and impressive role model .

At Oriental Star Dance School, students learn traditional, Modern, folk and classical Chinese dance, as well as the fundamentals of ballet.

Unlike many other dance programs, our students are invited to perform at many public events in addition to school recitals. These opportunities increase students' confidence to perform in public, which boosts confidence in other areas of their lives.
